Follow these steps to unlink devices from your platform:

• Android
• iOS
• Desktop

 Did you mean to view:

• Delete messages and conversation alerts
• Unregister or Delete Account

Android 

1. In Signal, tap your profile  > Linked devices.
2. Tap the Desktop client you want to unlink.
3. Choose OK to confirm.

iOS 

1. In Signal, tap your profile > Settings > Linked devices.
2. Tap Edit in the top-right.
3. Tap remove  for the Desktop client you want to unlink.
4. Choose Unlink to confirm.

Desktop 

Follow steps to unlink and delete your message history on this Desktop:

1. Open Signal.
2. Navigate to Settings.
   - Mac: Go to Signal > Settings.
   - Windows and Linux: Go to File > Settings.
3. Select Privacy.
4. Select Delete Data and click on the subsequent pop-up to confirm.
5. You will remain registered on your mobile device.
