An easier way to see what your group chat really thinks and feels.
Here's how to start a poll
- In Signal, open the group chat where you want to create a poll.
- Tap the attachment icon
or
and select Poll from the menu.
- Enter your question then create up to 10 answer options.
- Arrange the options in any order you prefer.
- Choose whether to allow multiple votes.
- Tap Send to post the poll in the chat.
Additional information
- As the poll creator, you can end it anytime by long-pressing and selecting End Poll.
- You can choose to Delete for me or Delete for everyone. Please note: “Delete for everyone” is only available for the first 24 hours after the message is sent.
- Deleting a poll removes your ability to end it.
- A poll cannot be edited after it’s sent.
